My Personal Journey to Wellness

Like many of the women I support today, my early twenties were filled with confusion around what it truly meant to be healthy. Society often defined health by appearance rather than how we actually feel. I spent years chasing a version of “health” that looked good on the outside but left me feeling disconnected from my body on the inside.

During that time, I struggled with symptoms that so many women quietly live with—hormonal acne, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues including SIBO, and what was later identified as adrenal fatigue. My body was constantly asking for support, but I didn’t yet know how to listen.

At the time, I was working as a teacher, pouring my energy into caring for others. Eventually, I reached a point where I realized I could no longer show up fully for the children in my classroom because I wasn’t taking care of myself. That realization became a turning point—one that led me to step away from teaching and begin my own healing journey.

What I discovered along the way changed everything. I learned that healing isn’t just about what’s on your plate—it’s about how you live your life. I began practicing stress-supportive tools like breathwork, somatic movement, grounding practices, and nervous system support. I also learned the “why” behind nourishment—how certain foods support hormones, fertility, and energy, and how each body has unique needs.

This journey taught me that true healing is bio-individual. There is no one-size-fits-all plan. When I finally learned to tune into my body and trust its signals, I experienced a completely new relationship with my health—one rooted in intuition, balance, and long-term wellness.

Today, as a Hormone and Fertility Support Practitioner, I use both my professional training and personal experience to help women uncover the root causes behind their symptoms. My mission is to support women in balancing their hormones, nourishing their fertility, and feeling at home in their bodies again.

Ayurveda Medicine

  • Ayurveda is a natural medicine system that originates over 3,000 years ago. The word "Ayurveda" comes from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowlege). Ayurveda is based on the isea that disease is caused by an imbalance or stress in a person's consciousness. The goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to prevent disease and restore balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.

  • This concept revolves around five elements in Ayurveda-earth, water, fire, air, and ether (or space).-and how they relate to our dosha and taste. These elements are not just abstract concepts, they are woven into the very fabric of our existence, governing our physical and mental states.

  • Doshas are three categories of biological energies that govern the physical and mental process of the human body and mind. The three Doshas are named; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and are believed to be responsible for the person's physiological, mental, and emotional health.
